These are the best! So simple, you can easily make the right amount, convenient for one or for 10!
I use either Spinach or Whole Grain tortilla, brown rice with lots of cilantro and black beans. You can add whatever you like, I do slightly grilled peppers, onions and mushrooms, avocado and some hot sauce. I personally don’t eat cheese but you could certainly add that! This is a very filling meat free dish and you still get plenty of protein with the black beans and the veggies! These are great because you can make them to your liking! Enjoy!
