Hi all! I am announcing a fun new series for May! Get fit and healthy for summer with this 31 day May YOGA challenge. If you are thinking, yoga is too hard or it’s not a good enough work out for you, I personally chanllege those of you that are having these thoughts to take part! You will be surprised! We are going to work hard, build strength, endurance and most importantly incorporate a mental piece that will be so beneficial for you as well.
