Stay engaged here, and maybe you’ll start to feel empowered to do what it is you want to do for your body!
“You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.”
About Alexa Rae Stone

Model, Female Fitness Instructor, Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher), Certified in Nutrition as Alternative Therapy and Health Advocate
I am Alexa Rae Stone, founder and creator of Rock A Healthy Body. I’m 25 years old, from Seattle, WA. I am a certified female fitness instructor and also certified in Nutrition as Alternative Therapy. I have been a fashion model for 7 years. My first modeling job ever was a Vogue Runway show and it only went up from there! I’ve worked for many big clients in runway and print. My largest clients include Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Microsoft and Victoria Secret. The last seven years have been a blast! I’ve had the pleasure of traveling all over and have fallen in love with many places! I’ve been able to donate my time performing in runway shows and events for numerous charities such as Sunflower Children, Starlight Children’s Foundation and DIFFA. All charity is very important to me, but my family and I had the opportunity to help out Habitat for Humanity last year in rebuilding homes in New Orleans and it was such a wonderful experience, I look forward to that again. I’m a big supporter of United Way and Unicef; those organizations are very close to my heart as well. These are just some of the great experiences my path in life has lead me to.
I believe that healthy lifestyles are generational and they begin with what your parents created for you since you were born. The lifestyles we lead not only effect our own lives but those around us. My mom laid the foundation for me for years when I was younger and as I grew and got older I was able to make my own decisions on what to put in and on my body as well as how to move it. It’s important to make the changes now so you can receive maximum benefits for the rest of your life but also encourage those around you and one day your children.
Through personal experiences, studying the thoughts, actions and habits of others as well as my own I have developed a passion for learning and teaching anything fitness and nutrition related. I have found so many passions but currently I spend a lot on time writing my first book on fitness and nutrition to promote a healthier life for young women in addition to blogging here at Rock A Healthy Body
